Once you purchase any of our Unique and Exceptional Power Saving, Energy-Efficient Products, if you aren’t completely satisfied in every way, you may return your purchase to us anytime within 90 days from the Date of Purchase for a complete refund of your Purchase Price (see Returns and Refunds, below).
Shipping. We ship USPS Priority Mail to US addresses only. Be sure you supply us with a valid address when you order.
Purchase Receipt. When you order, you will be sent a receipt via email. Since this is the only way we supply receipts for purchase, please take care to provide us with an accurate email address when ordering.
Returns and Refunds. If at any time during a 90 day period from the Date of Purchase you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your purchased item(s) for a complete refund of your purchase price. For any returns, you must first contact sales@powermizers.com and provide us with a copy of your Receipt of Purchase. At that point, we will email you a Return Authorization. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will issue a credit to your account.
Warranty. If your product is defective or fails you anytime during the first 180 days of the Date of Purchase, simply return the defective product to us and we will gladly send a replacement to you at no additional cost. For any returns, you must first contact sales@powermizers.com and provide us with a copy of your Receipt of Purchase. At that point, we will email you a Return Authorization.
Privacy Information. We use industry standard security techniques on our website to help protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information collected from you. When you access your account information or transmit personally identifiable data to our website, it is stored on servers designed to secure it from unauthorized access or intrusion. "Secure Socket Layer" software encrypts all personal information you transmit to our website. That said, we cannot be and are not responsible for unauthorized access to information by hackers or others who have obtained such access through illegal measures.
